Bucking Bronco

Sometimes I long for simple excitement like a bucking bronco, but people can serve the same function. Since I don't live in the wild, wild west I have to make do with real estate transactions in Nashville. Everything will be moving right along calmly, then Boom, the bucking begins. Did you know that if you give someone permission to get water off of your property and you go to sell that property (including water rights) that the person using it would actually have a claim to your water if you HADN'T of given them permission? Sounds backwards but that was the case in a recent rodeo. Thank goodness my seller had been kind several years back and given permission so he could sell his property with the water rights included.
