Land, New Builds and Rentals

Earlier this year I sold some property and parked the proceeds for a future 1031 exchange. Last week I sold another piece and combined those funds for my 1031 exchange purchase. These days it's hard to find good deals in our town or even the surrounding counties. It's a great time to sell though.
