First Look: From a factory to office space, dining and shopping
Real estate executives from Atlanta and the Washington, D.C., area have released new details and renderings of the transformation they're about to oversee of a former factory on a fast-changing Nashville corridor.
Construction is set to begin next month on Sylvan Supply, which will be the new name of the 7.1-acre complex of vacant Charlotte Avenue buildings formerly home to Madison Mill Inc.

October Real Estate Update
The number of home sales recorded in Nashville and Davidson County were virtually unchanged last month while average home sales prices soared.

Inventory Stays Strong Across Middle Tennessee
There were 3,216 closings reported for the month of October, according to figures provided by Greater Nashville REALTORS®. This represents a 1.6 percent decrease from the 3,267 closings reported for October 2017.

Nashville council approves mayor's $351M spending plan, despite calls for delay
The council voted 22-8 to approve the capital spending plan, which clears the way for a wide range of investments in school infrastructure, parks, street and sidewalk paving, and the redevelopment of a portion of the Cumberland River's east bank.
